We are currently 24 to 48 hours behind on processing orders. We are shipping as quickly as we can. If an item is out of stock, we will either arrange to direct ship your item(s) to you from our supplier or we will ship it out immediately upon arrival into our inventory. This will delay shipping. In some cases, even our supplier will be out of stock and awaiting a backorder. In this industry a backorder is usually only 1 to 2 weeks, but in extreme cases can last up to 4 to 6 weeks or more. With all of us being so busy it is difficult to provide customers with backorder and shipping information. When we are having an item direct shipped, your card will be charged because we will not have the information that it was shipped out to you until well after you have received your part(s).
